Workshops and Events
Join us for instructional workshops at Made In Muncie! All scheduled workshops provide specific instruction for a technique, the bare pottery for the project, all the glazes and supplies, and firing of the project piece! Each workshop is designed to show you a specialized technique that you can put your own spin on!
We hold workshops in our party room upstairs. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals. Upcoming Workshop!
Bud Vase Workshop
When: Friday, April 26th 7-8pm OR Friday, May 10th from 7-8pm
Cost: $20 per person
Each vase is hand thrown by the shop owner - truly a Made in Muncie original!
Cost covers one bud vase per person, all glazes, instruction, supplies, and firing. Finished vases will need to stay at our studio for firing and will be available for pickup the following weekend
Past Made In Muncie workshops have included; Vintage Christmas Tree painting, Hocus Pocus drip and splattered mugs, and Harry Potter house-striped mugs!

We bring the stuff, you bring your creativity! We work with local groups and establishments to host paint-your-own pottery events.
Pottery painting + food & drink = a great time!
Recently, we have been to The Guardian Brewing Company, Tonne Winery, and Belgian Horse Winery!

Contact Rachel Kline, our events manager, at the Travel Event Inquiry form below if you are the leader of a group of 30 or more guests or the organizer of events for a public establishment. She can guide you through our requirements for travel to your event, options for pottery, as well as scheduling your event!
We have been host to paint-your-own pottery events for Sororities, Church groups, workplaces, and school groups. We have also worked with many breweries and wineries to organize ticketed events that include drink/food options with the ticket price. We are open to discussing your needs and working together. We can’t wait to hear from you!
